Plusheen X & Y ("we," "us," "our") is a multiplayer creature-collecting RPG developed by Caden, Cami, and George. By using our game and services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

Account Information:

• Username and password (password stored as a one-way hash — we cannot read it)
• Game progress, inventory, Plusheen collection, and achievements
• Subscription tier status (Free, Pass, Pass+, Pass++)

Game Data:

• Player position and movement in multiplayer areas
• Chat messages (visible to other players in same area, not stored long-term)
• Trading and battle history
• Items, currency, and resources accumulated

Technical Data:

• IP address (for connection and anti-cheat purposes only)
• Device type (mobile/desktop)
• Operating system

We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, precise location, age, or photos.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain game services
• Sync your game progress across devices
• Enable multiplayer features (seeing other players, trading, battling)
• Process subscription purchases
• Detect and prevent cheating/exploitation
• Improve game balance and experience

Data Storage

• Game data is stored on our secure server
• Cloud saves allow access from multiple devices
• A local copy is also saved on your device

Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties.

We may share data only:

• With Apple (App Store) for processing subscription purchases
• To prevent cheating (IP bans, account restrictions)
• When required by law

We do not use ads, analytics services, or third-party tracking.

Subscription Payments

Subscription payments (Cloversea Pass) are processed entirely through the Apple App Store. We do not directly collect, store, or have access to your payment information. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

Children's Privacy

Plusheen X & Y is rated 9+ and is designed for players of all ages. We minimize data collection by design:

• We only require a username (chosen by the player, not a real name) and password
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent
• We do not require an email address or any identifying information
• Chat features are available but can be ignored — no private messaging to minors from strangers

Parents: If you believe your child's account contains personal information you'd like reviewed or deleted, please contact us and we will promptly remove it.

Account Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data:

• Contact us via in-game support or email
• We will remove all personal data within 30 days

You can also delete your local game data at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted with an updated "Last updated" date.
